We are now living under the Information Age as everything seems to be handed to us in a silver platter. Complex machines and multipurpose devices which before as high as towers are now shrank into pocket size mobile devices. Even the bulky and tangible books has met their match and has been reduced to byte sized electronic books. With all of this happening simultaneously and all at once, is there a value to the old stuff that so reminds us of the past?

The answer is yes! Tangible properties like books, old computers, bulky cellphones, etc. has their own spots on the hearts of each and everyone of us. They have a place in the hearts of collectors. That very old bulky yet still working cellphone may still be very useful to our older folks out there. Setting aside style and mobility for a more on durable and simple ways of communications. Old furniture, radios, cameras, television, and computers are a welcome addition to museums and antique collectors. You wouldn't believe the price of these old memorabilias from the past cost if you ask these avid collectors. And then there are the old tangible forms of art like sculptures, paintings, and books which will still never be out of the picture even if digitalization mandates artist to go all digital, for there is a fulfillment in creating a masterpiece. Many still prefer the tangible books over its electronic counterparts, the e-books.

While the old relics from the past are slowly picking up its price and gaining more value as everything seems to go digital nowadays. There are some industries that may have suffered with all of these digitalization, but what can one do to stop this unstoppable train of change and technology?
